GENERAL NOTES — ABOUT

  1. Since November 2025 I’ve built and run Teal Tools at Teal Construction Company, a general contractor: a web app and an iOS app that connect staff planning, project finances, procurement risk and card expenses to Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  2. I know the GC side of the work: bid strategy, buyout, bonding, pay applications, retainage, change orders, pull planning, punch and closeout.
  3. I build with AI coding agents. I write the specs and acceptance criteria, and I make the release calls. That’s what the title block means by DRAWN: MM + AI AGENTS, CHECKED: MM.
  4. Outside work I build a construction-management game, tools for my household, firmware for a cold-plunge timer and parts modeled to fit my kit car. Also on site: cold plunging, woodworking and coffee.
